I’ve been tinkering around with birch trees and working my way up to a larger piece. Enjoy this piece that is inspired by my favorite painter of all time- Van Gogh.
Painting with yellow and blue is a bit tricky because too much brushing turns it to green. I’ve got tricks up my sleeve that i’ve refined over many years to work with paint this thick. I won’t reveal it all- but part of it involves a lot of brush washing! Sometimes after just one paint stroke!
