I am an artist and painter with over 20 years of experience in oils, acrylics, watercolor, drawing, and more. I would love to work with you to bring your illustrative vision to life for your book or other publication. Illustration work tends to be a softer style in watercolors, but I can do this style of work in acrylics, markers and even oils too.
In addition to watercolor, ink and acrylic options, we can combine media for your illustration project. My husband Nils and I had the opportunity to do this on “Samson” by Andy Braun. The backgrounds in Samson are hand painted by Annie in oils, and then superimposed under graphic characters and scenes created by Nils. We also created a coloring book to accompany the story book. Working together, Annie and Nils can create a unique set of work that combines many types of media and graphics to make sure your book or project stands out.
I have also created two coloring books that contain hand-drawn images of my oil paintings. Coloring books are great seller at my art booth as they are something all ages can enjoy.
